Es realmente impresionante y preocupante el bárbaro y desmedido comportamiento criminal y opresivo que históricamente han tenido las todo poderosas oligarquías propietarias de los medios de producción, productividad y bienes capitales en el mundo; esa conducta avarienta, xenófoba, racista, esclavista y neocolonialista que desde tiempos ancestrales han mantenido las personas, orientada creer tener el derecho de ser los exclusivos propietarios de los bienes que generan obtención de inmenso recursos económicos; en tal sentido, siempre han impuesto durante el supuesto tiempo evolutivo de la humanidad, la creencia de que Dios todo poderoso les otorgó la potestad de utilizar a su semejante ser humano y resto de los recursos naturales, como de su exclusiva propiedad; he allí el porqué de la histórica existencia de reyes, emperadores, despóticos dictadores gobernantes presidentes de repúblicas.
Esa inhumana ideología ha utilizado para garantizar su permanente estabilidad socio económica esclavista, a: religiones, sistemas educativos, estamentos y estructuras jurídicas, concepciones filosóficas políticas y culturales, poderosos medios de comunicación, disocian tés redes internautitas, criminales fuerzas militares y policiales, medios de inteligencia y contra inteligencia, captan con atractivas ganancias dinerarias a seres humanos con altos niveles de inteligencia, personas con potencial psicológico de alta criminalidad, para que realicen obscenas labores socio políticas, militares y policiales; para lograr tales propósitos: diseñan, planifican, constituyen, crean instituciones bancarias y financieras tales como el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), el Banco Mundial (BM), Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), la Reserva Federal y otras portentosas entidades financieras orientadas a compilar las grandes fortunas obtenidas mediante el proceso de esclavización y neo esclavización y toda in imaginable creación de acciones orientadas destruir abruptamente a sus semejantes humanos y demás recursos naturales a través de muy destructivas guerras y otras acciones bélicas paramilitares, han desarrollado el emporio agroindustrial para la producción y productividad de destructivas drogas psicotrópicas que generan alta y rápida rentabilidad económica, solo con el fin de mantener sus feudales criterios posesivos egocéntricos de acumulación de capitales con procesos mercantiles de alta ganancia dineraria.
Para contrarrestar esa histórica tendencia conductual capitalista imperial, ha surgido ideológicamente el humanista pensamiento socialista, con desarrollo económico mixto, en el cual el sector privado de la economía productiva socialmente incluyente, se une al Estado nación con el fin de planificar, diseñar y ejecutar políticas económicas orientadas a lograr el común bien económico para proteger socio económicamente a la sociedad humana residente en el país; pero evidentemente como esa tesis ideológica socio económica, afecta a los mezquinos intereses del egocentrismo capitalista, el potentado imperio desata sus mas perversas acciones destructivas, para detener o erradicar a su archí enemigo socialista; esa conducta se manifestó en las causas que indujeron a la Primera y Segunda Guerra Mundial y continúan siendo los motivos que hoy inducen al gobernante hegemón imperio capitalista forajido estadounidense, con el irrestricto apoyo de gobernantes genuflexos latinoamericanos, europeos y otros continentes, ha utilizar a la alienada sociedad humana a ejecutar las novedosas y muy destructivas guerras asimétricas de IV, V y VI generación; el desespero del imperio capitalista decadente hoy utiliza a personas entrenadas en ámbitos militares, policiales, paramilitares y mafias narcotraficantes, para que les hagan el trabajo sucio de agredir, asesinar, extorsionar, chantajear, encarcelar y enjuiciar a personas civiles desarmadas e inofensivas, solo con el fin de amedrentar a quienes valientemente se atreven a protestar en las calles pacíficamente, pacíficamente las expoliadoras políticas económicas neoliberales impuestas por el FMI y el BM.
Hoy en el continente americano, Ecuador (Hoy se enfrenta aguerrida da y valientemente al genuflexo Pdte. Lenin Figueroa), Colombia, Perú, Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Panamá, Honduras, Guatemala e incluso el pueblo humilde de los EUA, son víctimas de las destructivas políticas económicas impuestas por el FMI y el BM y a la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua el FMI, BM y la Reserva Federal les aplica un criminal bloqueo y boicot económico, saboteo de sus economías productivas y la aplicación de una guerra de V y VI generación con planes de intervención militar en sus espacios geográficos soberanos e independientes.
Así es la barbarie reactiva de gobernantes neoliberales FMI y BM.

To counter that historic imperial capitalist behavioral tendency, the humanist socialist thought, with mixed economic development, has ideologically emerged, in which the private sector of the socially inclusive productive economy joins the nation state in order to plan, design and execute policies economic oriented to achieve the common economic good to protect socio-economically the human society resident in the country; but evidently like that socio-economic ideological thesis, affects the petty interests of capitalist egocentrism, the potent empire unleashes its most perverse destructive actions, to stop or eradicate its arch socialist enemy; that behavior was manifested in the causes that induced World War I and II and continue to be the reasons that today induce the ruling hegemon capitalist empire outlaw, with the unrestricted support of Latin American, European and other continents genuflex rulers, has used the alienated human society to execute the novel and very destructive asymmetric wars of IV, V and VI generation; The desperation of the decaying capitalist empire today uses people trained in military, police, paramilitary and drug-trafficking mafia fields, to do the dirty work of assaulting, killing, extorting, blackmailing, imprisoning and prosecuting unarmed and harmless civilians, only with in order to intimidate those who bravely dare to protest in the streets peacefully, peacefully the plundering neo-liberal economic policies imposed by the IMF and the World Bank.

Lenin Figueroa), Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Panama, Honduras, Guatemala and even the humble people of the USA, are victims of the destructive economic policies imposed by the IMF and the WB and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, the IMF, WB and the Federal Reserve apply a criminal blockade and economic boycott, sabotage of their productive economies and the application of a war of V and VI generation with military intervention plans in their sovereign and independent geographical spaces.
This is the reactive barbarism of the IMF and BM neo-liberal rulers.
